🚨 12/2/2025 Update

Feedback from Council meeting on 12/2: The tone of tonight was notably different to previous meetings. Even before the meeting, we were informed that we would not be able to use any EZ-Ups on the parking lot, that the hallway adjacent to the board room would be closed to us, and that they had moved their parking spaces so that their own cars would occupy the area where we once stood. Before going to the council meeting, I visited the Beaver County courthouse. While there, I was able to review a draft copy of Ordinance #243. This was not signed into law, rather; it shows the language they were considering at that time. You will note that the language shown in #243 is shown here… this shows that the council has deliberated on this for some time; so their hiding behind it is incredibly odd.

We need to share this information with as many Big Beaver Borough residents as possible as it is our understanding that AES has everything they need to be able to immediately redevelop the PittRace site come January 1st. When they do so, what they will build there will pale in comparison to the economic windfall that has been our motorsports nucleus for the last 22-years.
